Terms of Use of Bizlee
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of Bizlee.app and Bizlee services.
The Terms and applicable financial conditions must be available before the contract is concluded. The Privacy Policy explains how data is processed: reading it does not constitute general consent to processing.
1. Description of the service
Bizlee is a digital platform that helps users explore, select and develop a business project through:
- onboarding and profiling;
- personalized business suggestions;
- match scores;
- roadmaps and missions;
- tracking progress, goals and revenue;
- an AI-powered chatbot;
- educational content and planning tools.
Updates necessary for security and operation may be made while respecting users’ rights. Changes to a purchased service are subject to the safeguards and conditions in section 19.
2. Age requirements
The minimum age to use Bizlee is 13.
If applicable law requires a higher age, parental consent or specific contractual capacity, the user must meet those requirements.
Minors may not purchase a plan without a parent’s or guardian’s permission where required.
3. Accounts
Users agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- keep their details up to date;
- protect their credentials;
- not share their account with unauthorized people;
- promptly report any suspicious access.
Users are responsible for activity on their account, except for unauthorized use for which they are not responsible.
4. Plans and prices
Bizlee offers Free, Plus and Teams plans with the features presented in the offer. Free is free of charge, with no payment card, charges or paid renewals. Plus and Teams are optional and require a separate purchase.
Before payment, the total price including applicable taxes and charges, duration, billing unit (including per-member billing where applicable), payment frequency and any automatic renewal must be clearly stated. Keep the order summary and confirmation. If the website and checkout show different terms, ask info@bizlee.app for clarification before confirming.
The accepted offer remains applicable for the period purchased. Future changes must be communicated in advance and must not prejudice mandatory rights, including the right to end the relationship where provided by law.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed through Whop or other providers identified during checkout.
The user authorizes the payment provider to charge the price of the selected plan and any amounts disclosed before purchase.
If payment is declined or incomplete, Bizlee may suspend access to paid features.
6. Renewal
A subscription renews only at the frequency and price disclosed and accepted before purchase. “Monthly” and “every 30 days” are not necessarily equivalent: refer to the renewal date in your order. A purchase is non-renewing only if the offer expressly says so.
To avoid another charge, disable renewal before the date shown for your subscription and keep confirmation of the request.
7. Cancellation
Disabling renewal is separate from deleting your account. Manage renewal through the purchase management tools in your Whop account. If you cannot find the option or need help, contact info@bizlee.app, providing the purchase email and transaction reference without sending full card details.
When renewal is disabled at the end of the billing period, access remains available until the paid period expires, with no further renewals. Keep the confirmation and check the expiry date.
The “Delete subscription and account” button in your Bizlee profile instead requests immediate cancellation of both the subscription and account: once completed, access ends and personal workspace data is deleted according to the Privacy Policy. Do not use it merely to stop renewal.
Neither action automatically creates a right to a refund; all statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.
8. Right of withdrawal
For consumers covered by EU rules on distance contracts, the ordinary withdrawal period for a service is 14 days from conclusion of the contract, subject to statutory extensions and exceptions. To exercise this right, send an unequivocal statement to info@bizlee.app before the deadline; no reason is required. You may use the form in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. These methods do not limit other withdrawal methods provided by law.
Immediate activation of a service subscription does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal. If you expressly requested performance to begin during the withdrawal period and received the required information, only a proportionate amount for the service actually provided may be due, where the law permits. For a service, any loss of the right requires full performance and the prescribed consents and acknowledgements; simply signing in is not enough.
The exception for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium has its own conditions and is not automatically applied to an ongoing subscription. In Switzerland, there is no general right of withdrawal solely because a purchase is made online; any protections applicable to the specific case, contractual rights and mandatory rights of consumers in other countries remain unaffected.
9. Recommendations and results
Bizlee does not guarantee:
- earnings or revenue;
- commercial success;
- customer acquisition;
- the profitability of suggested ideas;
- absolute accuracy of AI-generated responses;
- the suitability of a business for a user’s specific circumstances.
Match scores, roadmaps, missions, forecasts and calculations are informational tools. Results depend on factors including the user’s experience, the market, capital, personal decisions and execution.
10. No professional advice
Bizlee does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
Information about trading, crypto, investments or other high-risk activities is not an invitation to invest. Users must carry out independent checks and consult a qualified professional when necessary.
11. Chatbot and AI-generated content
The chatbot may read information in the app to personalize responses and missions.
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Before acting, users must verify them and assess their compliance with the laws of their country.
Users remain responsible for their decisions and activities based on generated content.
12. Prohibited uses
Bizlee must not be used to:
- carry out illegal, fraudulent or misleading activities;
- infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights;
- distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access;
- manipulate markets or conduct unauthorized financial activities;
- impersonate other people;
- harass, harm or defraud others;
- circumvent limits, protections or security systems;
- use automated access to abuse the service;
- enter other people’s personal data without a lawful basis.
Bizlee may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these Terms.
13. User content
Users retain their rights to content they enter into Bizlee.
Users grant Bizlee limited permission to process that content solely to the extent necessary to provide and protect the requested service. This permission does not transfer ownership of content or constitute separate consent to train models on personal data.
Users warrant that they have the right to use and share the content they provide.
14. Intellectual property
The Bizlee brand, interface, design, software, texts and other elements of the service belong to Bizlee or their respective licensors.
Access to the service does not transfer ownership rights. Substantial parts of Bizlee may not be copied, resold, distributed or reproduced without permission.
15. Availability
Bizlee seeks to keep the service available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, technical problems, security or circumstances outside Bizlee’s control.
16. Liability and guarantees
The absence of guaranteed financial results does not remove the obligation to provide the purchased service in conformity with the promised features. Statutory remedies for failure to supply or lack of conformity remain available, including restoration of conformity, price reduction or termination and refund where the legal conditions are met.
Liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or other liability that cannot legally be excluded is neither excluded nor limited. Other liability is governed by applicable law.
17. Account closure
Users may close their account through their profile or by contacting info@bizlee.app.
Bizlee may suspend or close an account in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, fraud, non-payment, security risk or legal obligation.
18. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
Any mandatory consumer rights under the law of the user’s country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
19. Changes to the service and these Terms
Changes must have a legitimate reason, such as security needs, legal obligations or technical developments in the service. They cannot retrospectively remove acquired rights or authorize charges that have not been accepted.
Material changes are communicated with reasonable notice on a medium that can be retained, where required by law. For consumers covered by EU rules on digital services, changes beyond those necessary for conformity must meet statutory conditions, including no additional cost and, where they adversely affect access or use by more than a minor amount, the right to terminate the contract without charge within the statutory period.
